In our 5th year, we are excited as we prepare to celebrate women who have survived insurmountable challenges in their lives (i.e., cancer, domestic violence, lupus, etc.)

 

However, this year in addition to non-military women, we are honored to celebrate present and past military service-sheros.  If you know a woman who have served or is presently serving in the military, Body Ministry will be honored to celebrate them at this years' I AM A SURVIVOR GALA.   

 

Nomination includes completing the application below, and paying for the nominees ticket to the event.
